Before application: * Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, sound, and level. * Remove all dust, dirt, grease, oil, loose particles, old paint, and other contaminants. * Repair cracks, holes, and damaged areas before coating. * Surfaces must be free from standing water. ⸻ Application Instructions Step 1 – Surface Preparation Prepare the substrate by ensuring it is: * Clean and level * Free from dust, grease, oil, paint, and loose materials * Structurally sound and dry Apply only when ambient temperatures are between 5°C and 40°C. Do not apply during: * Rain * Snow * Sandstorms * Temperatures below 5°C * Conditions where rain is expected before curing ⸻ Step 2 – First Coat Using a brush, roller, or suitable applicator, apply an even coat of SealPoint WPM-002 over the entire surface. For optimum waterproofing performance, apply: * 2–3 coats under normal conditions * Additional coats where higher protection is required ⸻ Step 3 – Crack Reinforcement For larger cracks or movement joints: 1. Apply one coat of WPM-002. 2. Embed polyester reinforcing fabric into the wet coating. 3. Apply another coat over the fabric until fully saturated. 4. Continue with the remaining coats as required. ⸻ Step 4 – Additional Coats Allow each coat to dry for approximately 4–6 hours (or until touch dry) before applying the next coat.
